Recently divorced and noticed after years of no use, my guy didn't work so well. Started taking these generic pills 10 mg on Friday evening before dinner and they last about 48 hours. No tent-pitching, just ready to go when I need to. Can go 2-3 times per day if needed! Helps with control too. No side effects so far--been using about 2 months.

I find that this dosage lasts for over 2 days and for repeated encounters. Side effects sometimes - muscular aches or a runny nose. Aches I can overcome with analgesics. Benefits are well worth the sometimes uncomfortabl ... Show Full Comment

Comment:
I have used Tadalafil for well over four years (prefer it over Viagra) and am reasonably satisfied with the results. It is most beneficial in increasing my urinary flow as much as helping with my ED. I wonder if the drug can be perscribed by my doctor to help with my urinary flow?
