Love this stuff. Have taken it for about 4 years. Super effective. Some tolerable side effects in the beginning, but passed with the months, except facial flushing. For that my dermatologist prescribed Mirvaso and it works well. Hint: alcohol is a major erection deflator, the day of sex especially, but even the night before. I have tried Viagra, didn't work. Cialis, has been awesome for me. I have diabetic neropathy, and couldn't keep a erection for long at all, and sometimes I couldn't even get a erection.. Now I'm good to go.. :)

Still don't get a firm erection for penetration but overall energy level is up and sexual interest increased. Orgasm with ejaculation take a long time. Seems to be age related. Age upper 80s.

I'm 89 and have had ED for many years. I take Cialis 5 mg daily. 18 months to now. No side effects. I don't get an erection hard enough for penetration but do have constant arousal with an engorged and sensitive penis. More energy and a high interest in sex.
