I began use of thid drug before viagra or any other of the oral drugs were introduced. This was before I was informed that I should seek medical help if an erection lasted more than 4 hours. I began use of thid drug before viagra or any other of the oral drugs were introduced. This was before I was informed that I should seek medical help if an erection lasted more than 4 hours. The condition causing my ED is multiple scelorosis (MS) It is a fast acting and very easy to use drug. I rated it difficult to use because it is very difficult for me to find the correct dosage. I never use more than a fraction of what my urologist initially injected me with, and one drop of this liquid drug can be the difference between ineffectiveness and an erection lasting over 12 hours. Such a long lasting erection is painful and this can prevent ejaculation which is helpful in reducing the duration of my erection. I would say it is about 1/3 of the time I use it that the dose is perfect and the erection ends after ejaculation. I have been using this drug for over 25 years and this dosage problem remains. I am now concerned that damage has occurred. I have not been able to ejaculate in perhaps the last 8 times using this drug. I continue because I have not been made aware of an alternative. The dosage problem must be caused by the MS, I am unsure if my most recent problems are a result of damage caused by multiple 1/2 day plus erections over the past 25 years or are developed libido issues or a combination of both.

When all else fails eg viagra etc this is the treatment to use. Easy to use, no more trouble than putting on a condom.

Have developed a slight bend in left side of Penis near the base. Otherwise it has been a super and always given a great erection lasting for about 30 minutes.
