I've always been an anxious person. So much so that it pretty much took over my life to the point where I didn't want to go anywhere or be around anyone. I've been on this for 10 years now and couldn't be happier. If it means that I have to take this 4 times a day for the rest of my life, I'll do so because it makes me feel so at ease. Had the .25's 2-3 times a day as needed... got on the ER version for ease, and i feel very calm, and i am not as jittery anymore. If I notice an attack it starts to go away within a few minutes much better than hours.. Effected by lowered libido, weight gain and very mild drowsiness

So far everything has been really good no wieight gain at alll although i have still experanced major anxity problems but over all i love this it has really helped me better manage my chronic anity disorder ...

When medicatopm wears off further anziety occurs along with the shakes.
