I was taking Super B Complex but had been quite ill in March. Can't seem to get my energy back! While at Walmart today, I saw a bottle: Natural B High Potency B-Complex and thought maybe that might help more...so bought it. I have always been ful of energy. Is this vitamin stronger than the regular Super B?
