Comment:
Way to many side effects, just couldn't keep going. Yawning, gas and feeling weak were big concerns. Chronic sleeping problems, restless legs at night. Joint pain was big also. Would not want to go through all this again.

I can see and feel the difference within myself in just a week or 2. The generic form I can not feel I have taken anything! I have been on the real celexa since 2000. It helps me!!

I was diagnosed with depression at 14. I've been on celexa at 30mg for 4 years now. I found that the first 6 months - 2 years the medication worked well. After a while the effectiveness of the medication wore off, and even the higher dose wouldn't effect me. Because of my age, the doctors said it was likely because of hormonal changes. I have dried mouth, dizzy, shaky, nervousness, nausea, trouble sleeping, a taste of iron in my mouth, yawning, sweating at night, and irregular heartbeat!
