Today, 3 May 2013 is my first day taking Citalopram (CeleXA EQ), 10MG. My goal today is to report back in 30-days and let you know how well I am doing. Unfortunatley, I am required to select 1-5 stars and rate the product...but I have no idea yet. So, I will rate it 4 of 5 until my next re-post in 30-days. No energy to do anything, don't want to socialize, don't want to clean up, don't want to go anywhere or do anything fun. Absolutely NO energy and I am so very sad, seemingly for no apparent reason. All I have energy/motivation to do is to go to work (because I have to) and get in bed...everyday, every weekend and I'm tired of being tired! I've been on Effexor and Cymbalta in the past and did not want to restart either of those. I didn't like Effexor and Cymbalta made my skin and eyes "yellow" considerably. Look for my re-post on/about 3 June 2013...until then, if you're feeling depressed, sad or anxious...go see a medical professional and get some relief--life is too beautiful and too short, not to enjoy everyday! rls

i still find myself being depressed and making impulsive decisions.Anxiety levels changed a little but still uneasy and non socialable.

I never wanted to take anti depressants because It is risking my life due to the many possible side effects and whenever doctors would prescribe me a depression medication I refused to take it and they had kept talking me into so I finally decided to try The Generic of this medication and I noticed a few hours after taking this my heart beat felt weird and it felt like it was beating faster then u ... Before the medication I had sleep problems but, I felt the first day I took this I had even more problems sleeping! Took me many hours to fall asleep I also seem to be drowzy which for me is a good thing! I am scared about my problems with my heart/chest because if I keep taking it I could die or if I stop taking it so quick I might die so I don't know what to do! I have only been on it 2 days! I am just lucky to still be alive and not in critical condition!
