I use this for sleep and it's supposed to help give you energy during the day and I've been more tired during the day since I've been taking it.

I've been taking this for a year to counteract the pain of CFS. I am now physically unable to function and my cognitive awareness is severely impaired. I need my life back, and so I am coming off this medication as soon as I possibly can.

    Comment:
Was diagnosed with IBS 9 years ago. I also struggle with anxiety (though never severe enough to be diagnosed). I have 10mg tabs and can take up to 4 depending on my level of anxiety/stress. It has been great. My IBS is completely controlled and now I'm usually on 20mg per day.
