It helps me sleep but after taking it for one week, I have had two occurances of extreme nausea and almost passing out. I also have a kind of ringing in my ears that I have with certains medicines. I've tried several other muscle relaxers to help me sleep but none ... Show Full Comment

I was given Baclofen for my low back pain. My experience has been extremely negative. I stopped taking it after a week. I had ringing in my ears, a rash on my face, palpitations, sleeplessness, mood swings, extreme stiffness, headaches...you name it. The day after I stopped taking it my back pain actually improved. Never again!

Was prescribed this drug to help with severe leg cramps at night (jump out of bed at 4am kind). I have been on Baclofen 1 month and haven't had any leg crampsat all! I admit the sleepines and drowsines is a real pain but far better than the leg cramps.
