    I have started treatment with Baclofen for severe neck pain related to a bad automobile accident. I have noticed that my left foot is swelling and hurts tremendously when I walk on it. Also, I have been experiencing continuous muscle spasms in my right eye and sharp one-sided headaches that come and go on occasion.     I have been on Baclofen 20mg 3 times a day for approx a month. I was on this drug before about 3 years ago with no side effects. This time I experienced severe swollen feet and ankles predominently the left side.     My son, now 4 yrs old, suffers from severe brain damage since birth. Baclofen was added to his list of meds before he was 1 yr old. Before baclofen, moving him & dressing him was a nightmare! He was stiff as a board & even the simplest of tasks were nearly impossible. The last 3 1/2 yrs with baclofen have been much easier.
