This medicine is sometimes hard to get from Dr's. I've had Drs. refuse to write an RX for it, and/or force me to stop taking it. Other Drs say it is a good medicine and will write an RX for it, if you have proof of need.

Used mainly at night to control muscle spasms in my back from a severe fall from a ladder onto a tile floor. It made it easier fro me to get out of bed during the night and in the morning.

I have been on Soma for 3 years. I was prescribed it after a neck injury and dislocated schoulder. My pain in my neck was unbearable, leading to my shoulder trying to come out. Everytime my stress level was up my neck was rock hard. I love this medication. I take it 3 times a day. There are different generic brands, but the best is manufactured by Watson. Believe me I've tried all of them. ... Show Full Comment
