I have been on this medicine for several years. I take it twice a day and was told it's the only non-addictive anti-anxiety med available. Is this true? My anxiety has returned, and I would like to try something else.

Was diagnosed with anxiety about 2 years ago. Was first given .25mg of Klonopin. Didn't see any change in mood, and it never helped the episodes. Was given .50mg of Xanax, and liked it but had the doctor take me off of it to keep from becoming dependent. Was put back on Klonopin 1mg and that was amazing. I went off medications for about 6 months due to losing my insurance. Went back to Doctor, ... Show Full Comment

I shake and twitch all day now and have trouble seeing 1/2 the time. I wake up every 20mins at night and stay up for and hour then it starts all over again. I tried to eat before taking it and after and nothing seems to work. I feel like ... Show Full Comment
