I have copd and trouble getting enough oxygen which was causing panic attack and inability to relax and sleep. Have been taking buspar for a little over a month and find it works very well. Just a little dizziness for thefirst hour after taking.

I took this drug once about 10 yrs ago and didn't have so good an experience. Hypermania and loss of appetite were the worst symptoms. I have now been taking buspirone 15mg x4 day. I have had no adverse effects but I fear that I may have to up the dosage soon.
