I've been on Previfm for 5 months now. This is the first birth control that I've used. In the begining, I had a decreased sex drive, but that came back (thankfully) However, I did notice that my boobs got bigger and they are always tender. Just finished my 1st month of Previfem. This is my first time taking birth control and after reading reviews about pretty much every brand I decided to trust my dr's opinion on Previfem (Ortho Cyclen 28 generic) and glad I did. I have currently been on previfem for over a year and it has worked wonderfully! I have had no problems at all and have not gained any weight. After around 3 months I noticed a drastic improvement in acne and even stopped using my prescription topical cream because the previfem has cleared my acne so wonderfully! Using it for less than a month and I'm already done. It's effective, but it has side effects like stomach cramps and tender breasts. Next !!

I previously used Mononessa. I was on that for about 3-4 years. I recently moved, when I switched pharmacies so did my birth control. At first, I was fine with it. Halfway through the first month of taking it is when all of my side effects began.
