I have struggled with fibromyalgia for over 15 years. Anyone who has experienced it knows that what might work today will often not work tomorrow so it is a constant battle to adjust your medication. I have been taking Wellbutrin for about 4 years. This year a fibro specialist added Nuvigil to the mix. Together they helped with the pain and fatigue but did nothing for the anxiety that I experie

I started taking this medication 10 days ago; as I was weaning myself off Paxil, per my doctor's instructions. I've been completely off Paxil for the last 4 days and only on Buspar (30 mg/day). I'm very dizzy, have difficulty going to sleep, partly because my legs won't stop moving, and I feel more angry than usual. I experience whooshing in my ears, shortness of breath, and palpitations in my
