I had been taking this drug for 2 weeks and it was the only medication I was taking... no supplements or anything that would be contraindicated. I was driving home from work after midnight and it was all I could do to stop myself from driving off the bridge I was on. It scared the Crap out of me. I called my doctor the next morning to tel ... This is my first night on Buspar and my doc told me to take it at night before bed. Well, I took it at 10pm and it's now 2:30 in the morning and I am wound up. I haven't slept well lately because of my anxiety and depression and should be exhausted. This is not going to work for me. I have a 3 and a 4 year old daughters, who are sleeping right now and will be up in in about 5 hours. N ... Show Full Comment

I have been taking BuSpar for about 2 months now. At first I was taking 15mg now I'm taking 30 mg a day. It really doesn't seem to be working. My anxiety has gotten much worse. I've been very emotional, and I have brain fog. Not sure if it is side affects or just my anxiety getting worse.

I have been taking buspar for about 8 months. After around the first month I started having very bad tremors, fast heart rate (150-180) and shortness of breath. I know these symptoms are rare but they do happen.I have been to several Drs. only for them to run tests on my heart, give me blood pressure meds.etc. to no avail. So I have had to do my own research and narrowed it down to the buspar, and ... Show Full Comment
