Best overall pain reliever I have ever used. Had Crohn's disease for 36 years and when I crawl into the ER with extreme pain from a blockage it's the first thing I ask for. Usually one dose does the trick and I experience very little side effects. I'm very cautious about what I take so it's only used once or twice a year but when I'm hurting it's a blessing.
