I have been on Lutera for 6 months now. My period is more irregular than ever; I bleed for a week halfway through my active pills and again for a few days when I get to the placebo pills. My acne has not gotten any better, but my breasts did grow. I have not noticed any weight gain. I was extremely nervous to start taking lutera when I read so many awful reviews. I had previously been taking orto tri cyclen lo for 5 years and had a great experience on that, so switching was scary for me. But I wanted monophasic pill! I just completed my first pill pack, and I have notice a small drop in my libido, its almost like I have to psyche myself up to get intimate, but it works. I had unprotected sex 6 days into pill use, and I was fully protected. I got a headache during my first week, but no weight gain or any other crazy symptoms to speak of.
