This med worked but I was forced to quit taking this medicine after 10 days. I quit 3 weeks ago and am still severely constipated. This is more than simple constipation. My appetite is gone and can eat very little. I have taken triple daily amounts of several laxatives for the past two weeks with no relief. I think I may have a intestinal blockage and will contact my urologist tomorrow for advice ... Show Full Comment

Oxybutynin began to cause server constipation, and its effectiveness to correct OAB had diminished. My new doctor placed me on Vesicare 5mg about two months ago. The OAB problem was almost eliminated. I have control of both my bladder and my bowel. The frequent need to urinate and the const ... Show Full Comment

MAJOR CONSTIPATION, even with high doses of Metamucil three times a day! I was given this medication because my insurance company would no longer cover Detrol LA, which worked beautifully with no side effects. Now taking Oxybutynin which is OK, not great, but OK.
