I take this for diabetic neuropathy. I have noticed a huge difference in how much my feet hurt. Much much better. It's expensive but worth it for the relief.

I have been taking Metanx since 2011 (4 years now) for diabetic peripheral neuropathy, though technically I'm diagnosed "pre-diabetic." I've suffered from peripheral neuropathy due to Chemo treatments for 12+ years. Metanx relieved 80% of the symptoms (pain) within a couple of weeks. I can now get to sleep at night! and can even walk around the house barefoot ... which was impossible before.

I am taking Metanx to reduce the pain in my feet due to non-diabetic peripheral neuropathy. After 6 weeks I feel no improvement at all. It is expensive and not covered by my insurance. I plan to ask for a full refund under their money back guarantee.

Prescribed for severe small fiber neuropathy. Was OK for a few weeks and then I started experiencing every possible bad side effect -- rash, nausea, etc. Was told to discontinue. Had Vitamin B levels checked and B6 and B12 had accumulated beyond any normal limits. Neuropathy had started to spread to additional areas and was worse. Discovered that high levels of B6 can actually cause nerve dama ... Show Full Comment
