I have diabetic neuropathy, could hardly walk at all due to pain. Foot doctor prescribed Metanx. Within 1 month I noticed an extreme relief. I recently had to quit taking Metanx because of money, I now have my pain back and have become very anemic. ??

I have type 2 diabetes and about 8 years ago began suffering from pain in my feet - especially at night. It became almost constant and made me stop my walking exercise. I went to a foot doctor recently for preventative foot care and he gave me samples of Metanx. My neuropathy is due to chemotherapy and this is the only medication that I have found to give me relief.

Comment:
After an injury was diagnosed with Reflexive Sympathetic Dystrophy. Started Metanx & with continued daily use, the RSD symptoms subsided significantly and I no longer have RSD symptoms at this time.
