Although this medicine has gotten my sugars down and my A1c is 6.0,it has also caused weight gain and swelling . That is the part I am not happy with. The info that comes with the meds does warn about this but my doctor was not .

I HAVE JUST STARTED ON THIS MEDICINE, MY DOCTOR HAS PRESCRIBED TO ME ON THE UNDERSTANDING THAT IT WILL BOOST MY PANCREAS PERFORMANCE, AND HE IS AWARE THAT IAM ON MEDICATION OF CML USING 400MG OF IMATIB.
