I started taking this medication and within 2 months my hair started falling out. I have stopped taking it immediately and now it will be a waiting game to see if I lose more hair. Unfortunately going bald is not an option for me. I was using as a suppressive therapy 400 mg a day. This is apparently a rare side effect, but I wanted to let people know that it does happen. A cheating spouse decieded to come clean after 3 years after he was diagnosed & I experienced an epsisode. I was very concerned about the pain and embarrasment but with this medicine I can take as soon as symptoms begin & my day to day life is barely effected.
