I have been using NBMW for about 6 months now. It has an extreme drying effect when used twice a day. The dry spots are almost like a mild chemical burn... HOWEVER, they do disappear fast. I have tried numerous acne treatments, creams, foams, etc. NeoBenz Micro seemed to sound promising. However, I NEVER had acne in my life until my late 20's early 30's. It is so embarassing, same spots under my chin the the left and right of my chin and on my body too. If you are thinking about trying NeoBenz Micro but not sure, give it a shot. This is my first prescription acne medication and although I've only been using it for 5 weeks, it has worked wonders. My acne was nevver too bad, but it was there, hard to hide, and stubborn. Proactiv no longer was working for me so my doctor gave me a 3.5% sample of NBM and a prescription for the medicing.
