depression worked immediately and feel terrific slight insomnia not bad. Only hope I could afford it.

I took Deplin briefly to give anti-depressant a boost. I didn't notice any difference except a mild manic effect. I had insomnia for nearly two weeks, although I didn't experience any paranoia or rage. I also experienced restless legs while on this. After four weeks of using Deplin my doctor told me to stop taking it and the restless legs and insomnia went away. I don't think it did an ... Show Full Comment

I first used Deplin to ease off Depression medication (which caused side effects.) I now use Deplin on an as needed basis and I find it very effective for depression, and it effects are noticed same day for me. Sometimes I take a full dose, sometimes I take a half a dose, many days I take nothing. I have been using it on and off for 2-3 years. I have no side effects and I really like it. I ha ... This drug Deplin) almost killed me twice! The first time I took it I experience a horrible manic/suicidale reaction that lasted about 24 hours. I stopped the drug. When I told my Dr. he actually laughed at me and said Vit, C can'tvdo that!
