I responded when I first began taking Deplin and found out immediately how effective it was for me and my suicidal thoughts and tendencies. I did complain about parasympathetic symptoms as if I were having hot flashes. Lowering the dosage 15 to 7.5mg relieved those and still stabilized my mood.

This has been a miracle drug for me. I am on a 5 drug "cocktail". They have been less that helpful. Started Deplin and felt GREAT. Switched to generic and have slid down hill consistently. Switching back to to Deplin. Found a great price @Brand Direct.

This medication has made a tremendous difference in my major depression that I have had since you. I still take Wellbutrin/Lexapro at very low doses but Deplin has made the difference with my extreme lows (suicidal)...no mania in history.

This medication better than the over the counter Folic Acid -
the cost is very high- its classification is why insuance will not pay...however if you go to BRAND DIRECT HEALTH you can get for 3 month supply for about 48.00 a month
