    Using Ambien CR has really helped getting to sleep and staying asleep, but when I tried not taking the pill and used melatonin one night instead, I was positively awake the entire night. I would say it is highly addictive, since the choice of taking the pill and sleeping versus not taking and not sleeping (how many days would the "rebound effect" last?) is an issue I'm faced with. ...     got very dizzy 10 minutes after i took it then got sick to my stomach an week unrelieable.

    well ive been takin ambien for a few months now and found that at first the drug worked great. see i suffer from migraines and anxiety along with depression. so like i was sayin at first it was heaven. then it got to being where i was waiting all day to take the pill at night because it got rid of my pain and actually gave me a tremendous boost of energy! so after awhile it keep me up all night! t ...     This did not work at all for me. I was subscribed this by an eye doctor after an accident. I was told to sleep sitting up and was given this to help. Well it didn't, the Oxycodone they gave me worked way better. It also gave me really bad stomach aches and caused slight RLS symptoms.
