This medication is a lifesaver! To be able to enjoy life again...in no worry that a panic attack could abruptly happen at any moment, Xanax helped me get through everyday obstacles that a normal person could cope with ease.My life is more enjoyable now!

It seams to help but I have taken it for so long I guess I need to take more. I take two a day -o.5mg .

suffer from agoraphobia. if i take one before i go into an unfamiliar situation, it squashes the attack before it starts. also if you are already having one, it squashes it in a reasonable amount of time, making you feel 'normal' again.

Comment:
I only take Xanax if I can't calm myself dowb from a panic attack. It does work, but I hate the feeling I get after taking it. I feel drugged and tired almost immediately.
