For many years I had sudden onsets of feeling disoriented, rapid heartbeat, perspiring, and unable to move when out in a restaurant or concert, for example. Tests showed no symptoms/diagnosis of thyroid problems, etc. Brain chemistry seemed scrambled for no apparent reason. Comment:
The first dose that the Dr. put me on, would take off the edge of my panic attacks somewhat, but once she took me to a little bit higher a does the panic attacks are under control within about 15 minutes, I also have to use it to help me sleep at night, otherwise I have horrible insomnia where I don't sleep for days causing the panic attacks to worsen with lack of sleep. I've had anxiety for nearly my whole life, as far back as I can remember, now 30, I've finally spoken to my DR and first prescribed Lexapro, which made me feel like I was completely crazy and had very negative side effects. ive been on zanax since it cam out. detox is impossible. i thing i have forever changed the chemicals and what they are supposed to do forever. went to a facility for 4 months and they cut zanax off immediately. a couple valium.
