    Treated for 19 years with xanax and MAOI's, namely phenelzine 105mg.'s and Parnate 60mg's for over ten years.

    At first the paxil i was on was making my condition worse. i was changed over to zoloft and xanax and i saw results within 2 weeks. i take 100mg of zoloft a day with .50mg of xanax a day. it's changed my life. you just have to be careful. too many people can become addicted.

    For many years I had sudden onsets of feeling disoriented, rapid heartbeat, perspiring, and unable to move when out in a restaurant or concert, for example. Tests showed no symptoms/diagnosis of thyroid problems, etc. Brain chemistry seemed scrambled for no apparent reason.     The first dose that the Dr. put me on, would take off the edge of my panic attacks somewhat, but once she took me to a little bit higher a does the panic attacks are under control within about 15 minutes, I also have to use it to help me sleep at night, otherwise I have horrible insomnia where I don't sleep for days causing the panic attacks to worsen with lack of sleep.
