My first use of Xanax began in 1981, then off and on until 1993...from then until now, non-stop using a 1 mg tab three times a day. Now I'm reading articles like "Xanax: can it cause your early death?" What am I to think about this? My theory is that panic attacks would have gotten me long before this, so it's a trade-off. IS Xanax a killer with minimal use?
