i acutually took the quintex liquid, because i cannot swallow pills. this is a great medicine. didn't really have any side effects. Just be careful not to drive after taking it..as it puts you out fast..i was fast asleep within 1/2 hour and slept all through the night w/out waking up once. no coughing, no runny nose, no sore throat. GREAT, GREAT, GREAT
