I’m Treating Jock Itch (that is Itch in the groin area, not necessarily ringworm). With age I have no tolerance to heat and sweat allot. Constant sweat in the groin area progresses to an itch. Using Lotrimin stops the itch with-in a week or so, but discontinuing treatment will cause return with-in days. I ask my doctor if I can use it indefinitely, he said that’s fine. “It seems to stop the constant moister problems in this area” and hence the itch. Powder didn’t work; some other creams did work for prevention, but not as well as an itch cure. I have no noticeable side effects.Read More Read Less

Male, 54 years of age. I use Lotrimin as a preventive application every morning only after a shower. I work in the trades and wear boots regularly. I got lite outbreaks once in a while between my toes from constant heat and sweat in my boots.I have not had an outbreak since using it. (Only about a month now) In my haste to get out the door in the morning I do not spend a lot of time paying attention to the spray can Lotrimin comes in. Maybe it's just this can, as it is my first one, but it sucks. The spray only come out correctly about half the time even when the spray head is lined up correctly. It just sprays out inside the cap and other places that it's not supposed to. I suspect it's in the safety cap somewhere but have not spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. What ever. Maybe it's me? I don't think I should have to. Overall? I like the product, the delivery needs some work I think.Read More Read Less
