I had a miscarriage and lost a lot of blood. Taking the pills gave me a really bad headache and it made cramps in my vagina.

I had a csection over a week ago, had bad abdominal pain, could even move, I went to the E.R. and they found retained blood in my uterus and prescribed me this for two days(8 tablets). Did not experience bad cramping like they said I might. Just diarrhea, by the time I finished the medication, I felt way better and am able to finally move around. Overall good experience- so nice to be back to my old self!

I was prescribed this medication after I had my baby. I took 3 pills a day for 5 days. It regulated the bleeding and relieved most of my abdominal pain but caused severe headaches when I took it.

This medication worked well for me after a miscarriage....

Felt dizzy for 1-2 hours after each pill. On final day of 3-day course, I have been dealing with cramping in my upper legs. Annoying, but not severe. Also not entirely sure it has been effective as my post-op bleeding has not changed in amount. Time will tell.

I was prescribed to take this medication 3 times per day for 3 days after a D&C procedure. It caused the worst excruciating headaches after I took each pill. I felt like my head was in a vice. I'm very glad it's a short course of pills.

I took the pill and an hour later I was vomiting and had uncontrollable diarrhea.... For an hour. That was after taking one pill. This medication is not for me.

I took the pill 3 times. The second and third time I took it. I felt a little pain in my stomach. My legs cramped up to the point I couldn't walk normally. My chest started to feel like it was tighting up a little. This pill is just not for me.

This medication has worked for me as for stopping the bleeding flowing a miscarrage. But it is difficult to take because of the leg cramps I get 30 mins after I take the Medication. I can bearly walk I get inner thigh leg cramps that run down my leg for hours. If I set down I can bearly get up and walk.

I have been taking it to control migraine headaches.

Flooding heavily and for a prolong period of time after giving birth to my son. Methergine slowed my flow down within 24 hrs and then bleeding ceased completely within one week.
