I began taking prednisolone 4x a day on Sept 16 for my left eye only. On a follow up visit on Sept 30, it was switched to diflupredate 4x a day. I started tapering a few weeks later, but was on 1x a day until Nov 29. It's hard to keep the timeline straight, but I believe my vision was already blurry from the prednisolone. I continued to have blurry vision (farsighted) throughout the use of difluprednate, as well as high pressure. I am now 15 days since my last steroid drop and my vision has improved from 20/200 to 20/40. My doctor expects it to keep getting better. It worked very well at controlling the iritis, but blurry vision and high eye pressure are definite cons. The blurry vision and associated dizziness/anxiety/headache were almost too much. It was a blessing and a curse that I only had iritis in my left eye. If both eyes had the blurry vision, I would not have been able to drive and work normally. Read More Read Less
