These Prenatal Vitamins are the Worst Brand! Their food dyes have been found to inhibit mitochondrial respiration and increases your risk of cancer. :( I have switched to NAUTURELO Prenatal Whole Food Multivitamin which come from real food, so your body can recognize and utilize them better. Their capsules do not contain binders, flavoring and coloring! The extra fiber even helps your digestive health. The new pill has 23mg! And this is One A Day. When I purchased this product from my local pharmacy, it was mixed within the original size gel packages; they were being sold as the same item and had the same SKU on my receipt.
