I have only been taking this for 3 days, so I will have to write after a few weeks again, but I have experienced cramping and diarrhea on two occasions. The diarrhea only happens once during that day, but my stomach feels funny for a lot of the day. I do notice that my facial skin looks better than it has the last month. I have only been taking this for 3 days, so I will have to write after a few weeks again, but I have experienced cramping and diarrhea on two occasions.
