This use to be a great product. It helped with preventing cdif, and uti's. My mother went a year without uti. Now 2 in 2 weeks, because they changed the formula! I cna, I work with elderly patients everyday! As Well as take care of my mother, she has dementia. Uti's makes it ten times worse. I use to promote this product. Now I will boycott ! Is sad was a great product. I hope they go back to original product, or go out of business!!!!!!!

Somebody please explain why Bayer changed the formula in 2023? It does not work the same and is less effective than the old formula and now causes a multitude of side effects. Numerous complaints have been voiced about the new formulas yet it has not been addressed to the public. I used this product for 6 years with success. I took the new formula for 3 days. I experienced the horrific pains and various negative effects as described in a multitude of reviews. Why did it change?

I have used this product for the past 10 years without problems and it was a good product. This new formula is terrible. I have tried to take it 2 times over the last 3 months, and have had serious bouts of diarrhea that lasted for days. Bring back the old formula because as of now, I am changing product brands.

The first few days, I had more gas and bloating. Then, things got really bad. I developed severe cramping, muscle aches and pains, and a fever. These are the exact symptoms that I get when I have a bout of diverticulitis. As this product may be aggravating my existing issues, I have stopped taking it.

My doctor recommended this and it has worked for years. Now that they have changed the formula it's not working anymore. I'm so disappointed.

I have been taking Phillips Colon Health for every day for many years for IBS-D. The new formula has made me sick! I've had bloating, diarrhea, and gas. After a week of issues, I notice formula change. All strains of probiotic are different. Now I will have find something else to use.

I've had diarrhea for weeks cramping started Phillips Friday (3 days ago) after first dose I seen improvement

I have raging IBS and yeast issues, monilia etc. I took Phillips Colon Health for 15 years. It did wonders for both problems and I had less infection and also less pain and diarrhea from the IBS. When they changed the formula, I took one capsule and got very sick from it. Severe nausea, abdominal pain, gas, I was dizzy and felt like passing out. I almost went to the emergency room. This new formula is horrible and I can't use it. I should have kept and old box so I could see what the difference was and then I could find something else with that old formula. I haven't had anything to take as other probiotics made me sick as well. Now I have bad monilia again and my stomach is terrible. I'm really angry about this. I've been a Nurse for 50 years and this type of reaction is horrible for anyone to experience. Especially when you already have long term health issues.Read More Read Less

When it was the old formula it worked better now that they changed the formula it doesn't work at all gives me a stomach ache cramps in more bloating will not buy don't waste your money it's not like it used to be if it wasn't broke I don't know why they changed it they should have just left it alone

Everything was going good up until Bayer co, changed Phillips colon care with immune support. Now less probiotics that dont really address the issues of bloating, gas and other intestinal issues. Very discussed with the change, this new formula left me in pain every time I used it.looking for another probiotic. Don't buy this one it's terrible.

I have used this product for almost 2 years with no problems, now that the Bayer Co, has decided to change its formula on the Phillips colon care I have nothing good to say about it, very disappointed, and now I must find something just like it. 3 strains that are good for you they took out, replaced it with nothing that works as well as the probiotics they used before. The new Phillips colon care is horrible I will never buy the product again, and I've been taking this for 3 years with good results, but this new formula is really not good at,all. Old was better.

I have taken this medication for years with excellent results. I took the new formula for the first time today. It was terrible. I had severe cramping, bloating and nausea. I called the company to complain. Why in the world did they change this. So disappointed.

I have taken this product for several years, with very good results. However, the product is now out in a new formulation. The strains of bacteria have changed and the number of colony forming units has increased from 1.75 billion to 3 billion. Neither the product packaging nor anything I have seen on the manufacturer's website says anything about how this new formulation will affect a person who has been taking the previous formulation - and whose digestive system has acclimated to the old formula. Until that concern is resolved, I am afraid I cannot rate the new formulation favorably or unfavorably. I simply do not know. I am a 60 yr old woman with no history of stomach, colon, or digestive disorders. I began taking Phillips Colon Health years ago after experiencing more frequent episodes of not being "regular". I was deemed healthy by a dr and told that sometimes, as we age, we become more sensitive and that maybe I should try an over the counter probiotic. I chose Phillips because of brand recognition; they have been around since I was a little girl; I remember seeing their products in my grandmother's bathroom medicine cabinet. I began taking about 5 years ago (just 1 a day) and have been regular all day, every day, since then. I've had problems with constipation for years stemming from taking pain meds for a back injury for a spell. Doctors have been useless to the point that I have no tolerance for them anymore. So, taking matters into my own hands, I've tried everything from veggies galore to Metamucil to laxatives. A couple months ago, I added two things to my already healthy diet. I take Phillips Colon Health and eat one OLE' Xtreme Wellness tortilla wrap daily (50 calories, 11 grams of fiber). The turnaround has been tremendous. I actually poop! I was having chronic diarrhea sometimes 4 times a day..I had my first normal bowel movement in over 7 months..its working for me

I have chrones disease and colon cancer I am in remission of my Chrones and still active cancer I was having bloating becuse my colon due to my medical issues was not working properly.I’m desperation I took doctor Phillips 4-1 colon Health it made my issues severe I had extreme bloating and swelling in my colon become very constipated and had to go to er to get emergency enema my colon was pressing on my bladder because of how swollen it was from Gas and stool it also gave me very bad dizzyness and brain fog and made me feel horrible pressure in my head my gastroenterologist told me to immediately stop taking it told Me it is made in Japan and is not approved by the fda.I stoped taking it and went back to frequent nope movements and mild bloating but I do not suggest taking this medication at all expecially if you have diagnosed underlying gi diseases it will aggravate your illness with your gi tract.Read More Read Less

Prior to using, I would go 3 days without bowl movement. Now, after using tor 2 weeks, I have gotten back to my regular bowl movement of 1 time per day. This works great for me

This has caused me to have bloating, diarrhea, dizziness and stomach pain. After taking it for a month I had to stop and the symptoms are going away. Just realized this is made in China...
