One relatively small, easy to swallow gel pill per day that contains more of the prenatal essentials than other 2 pills-a-day horse-sized prenatal vitamins. No aftertatse, no nausea, no fish-burps. BY FAR the BEST prenatal vitamins available!!

Overly expensive and small pill gets stuck in my throat. Not a good experience.

The small pill is easy to swallow and I have had no side effects. It contains every vitamin I need, including iodine, and doesn't taste awful either. I would definitely recommend it.
