My doctor told me to try this for hot flashes. I am actually have flushing and a few hot flashes but I feel that it has helped alot. I still have them, just not every minute like I was before. It took about a week of taking it to notice a difference.

I was taking Estroven for my hot flashes and it helped for a few months, but then they came back in full force. My doctor asked me to switch to Isorel for while saying that sometimes the body gets used to a certain drug and it stops working as well. A week after starting Isorel, the hot flashes feel a lot more manageable. Like the previous reviewer said, I still get them once in a while, but I'm sleeping much better, and generally much happier.
