I have a fused back and was having hip pain at night that kept me from sleeping. I took this and within 24 I slept thru the night and have been so since I started taking these. Highly recommend!!!!!

I believe the pain is improved. The pills are monsters. I crush them with mortar and pestal at night, add water. The result is horrible tasting., so I have some heavy cream ready. Drink the mixture and then chase it with a tiny bit of heavy cream. Breathe and you won't taste the nastiness.

Changed my life. I was 43 when I started working in a warehouse wearing steel toe shoes. My knees swelled up and wouldn't stop hurting. I was constantly going to the Dr. Pain management. They were giving me shots in my knees, i was taking pain med. They were going to fill my knees with some liquid. I'm a 59 year old male who can swallow almost any pill without any liquids, But these left me choking and gagging, hanging in my throat no matter how much water I drank. Why design a slick coating for a pill and then incorporate two full length wrap around sharp edge ridges into it?

It is too BIG! Very poor design of a product for safe human consumption. Did I say it is too BIG!?

Excellent product....using since last one month and pain from knees, back, hips and fingers completely gone.

I took 1 pill, triple strength every day for over a year. I always experience varying degrees of ankle and back pain (diagnosed stenosis of lower back). I thought this supplement was helping, however, I tried stopping and I actually feel better without it. I also had an increase in eye pressure, borderline glaucoma and I read that this was a possible side effect.. Everyone is different….good luck with your own symptoms…stay active!

After 88 consecutive days@2/d w/ Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength, I did not experience any improvement. In fact, the chronic “dull” pain in my knees became more intense. By comparison, achieved significantly better results (less pain/ better flexibility) w/ 1/d Move Free-Advanced & 1/d Tumeric anti-inflammatory/ 500 mg which I would highly recommend as alternative if Osteo Bi-Flex does not work for you.

I see a big difference in 6 days. I wish the pill wasn't so big. This really works.

I'm 54 and have fibromyalgia. The past 2 years, my hands began hurting and aching extremely bad. My prescription pain medication did not help the pain in any way. A friend of mine suggested that I try this product because he's been taking it for years and has no pain in his joints, bones or hands. After 2 weeks of using this product, my pain was completely gone! No side effects at all! Ok so reading a lot of reviews on here.to ones who have complaints especially bloating & swelling this product contains shell fish & you should check to see if you can take this with prescribed medications. So far so good for my issues...4 star's

I had severe pain and stiffness in my fingers, as well as other areas. I was desperate for relief. After only 2 days I experienced an amazing decrease in symptoms. Absolutely worth a try!!!

Unbelievable pain when I sat down in a lower position with my knees, then my legs felt they wouldn't hold me up- I'm 67, active, healthy, target weight and putting my legs over the tub after shower was not stable. I thought is this it, my body getting this old? I'm just not ready. So my Dr. Prescribed for me- no prescription needed. I started taking this product due to pain on my right knee, which had been bothering me for almost a year. After one complete dosage (2 pills) the pain had subsided a bit, by the second day it was almost gone after the second pill on day 2. On the third day, no pain. I can go back to my workouts without having to suffer through them.

I could tell the difference the next day. I have had knee pain for months. I also have feet and ankle pain. I was taking pain medication now I don't. Everybody is different but it's worth trying. I gave it a 4 in ease of use because the pills are large.

Finger joint pain. Doctor recommended... Wow. It works!!! To those who are complaining about the size of the pill... Duh.. cut them.

I thought osteo biflex would help my joint pain. After taking it twice daily for one month I was experiencing severe hip, leg and lower back pain. I had dreams every night that were extremely detailed. Rolling over in bed was painful. I quit taking Osteo Biflex 2.5 days ago and most of my pain is gone. My left hip joint is achy, hopefully there’s no permanent damage. I thought these would help. They didn’t.

I have arthritis in many of my joints including my hands. The pain in my hands was severe and the pain disturbed my sleep. Only Osteo bi-flex has helped with the pain in my hands. Advil helps with my other joints but not my hands.

This is the only thing that CURED my pain. I used to take Aleve, Celebrex and Cortisone. Could even sleep without frozen pads on my elbows and knees. I'm 42 yo and can say that yesterday I began training my teenager son again (volleyball). This product saved my mental health because I couldn't move and that frustrated me a lot.
