I have taken this vitamin for over 15 years.
For the past year, I have had stomach and bowel issues. I know I am sensitive to
Minerals (and metals) so I think my body at this age 70, has decided there is too much of something in this vitamin. My body has revolted … I can’t swallow one. I noticed almost immediately, my stomach pain has stopped. And my constipation has ceased too. I will discuss this with my doctor at my next appointment on Dec. 1, 2023.
