Slight burning and redness. Used on the small plaques I have on my knee and on my elbow. Many dermatologist said it was a fungus, eczema, and a multitude of other things. My girlfriend did her own research and found many articles that also showed what I have under my finger nails is a type of psoriasis..so I am thankful to have this product. It is the only things over-the-counter that has help...

well, its umm toxic, but in a good way, my chin blistered up with contact derm. NOT the products fault,it announces it is strong. My skin is too sensitive really. I mean, its strong stuff which I signed up for, and it temporarily relieved a bit of the oily skin helmet. THEN AGAIN! It looks like I DONT have psoriasis (my diagnosis) so.........can't really fault Dermarest. I am using it in conjunction with T-sal, a PH replenish shampoo apple cider vin., ooooooh tea tree essential oik, fish oil pills, and vitamin B. Sunshine and water too but so far zilch results. So, I'm supposing a fungus, well established. So, I made a derm appt. for to get a pre-scrip. so weird, you claw at CHUNKS of scales, but when you look at your fingers or whatever, and poof, you see nothing.. its so greasy it vanishes. But the PRODUCT! It is fine, I suppose, for mild psoriasis patches...but by the time you stop hoping your scalp affliction will 'just go away' I believe you really are too far gone for OTC relief or cure.
