I use it at the first sign of heaviness in my chest or sharp pains on the left side where my heart is. I will not take chances. It works most of the time with one pill very seldom do I need a second one.

Have angina chest and back pain while at rest, this helps within seconds. Have had 2 strokes and this does not cause any problems with other medications I am taking.

This drug is amazing! I'm 44 and just had a heart attack. I haven't had to take this twice at anytime. It works within seconds!! I couldn't live without it!!

I was wanting to write a breif questions for others who are taking this medication. It has worked wonderfully for the gentleman i take care of, but what can it do if i give it at the wrong time? as though maybe his chest pain werent his heart, just soreness because he is somewhat of a hypocondriac. this worries me that something could go very wrong. Any responses would be very helpful. Thank you
