I use this to relieve depression. I feel much more focused and even happier, also not as fatigued.

I put 5 drops into an 8 ounce glass of water when I have a congested lungs from bronchitis. Works every time, which is not often. I wouldn't use it often, because of possible thyroid side-effects, but since it is only for a few days and not a huge amount, I am good with it. It was prescribed to me from an old school Ear-Nose-Throat specialist.

In the 1980's I was prescribed saturated solution of potassium iodide to treat severe asthma, to break up mucus in the airways. The doctors at the clinic lost track of my potassium dosage which was a high dose for close to a year. As a result I developed Hashimoto's Disease and my thyroid no longer functions.
