I have been on this medicine for 2 days for an eye infection. It works great and has decreased the amount of redness, itiching and the eye boogies (as my kids call them) The drops burn a little and make your eyes feel dry but that is no big deal after the burning and itching i have experienced for the last three days!

After using the Rx for one day I developed hives above my eyelid, on my forehead and the top of my head. The pain caused by the Rx kept me awake all night. It caused burning & stinging and pain in my eye. I had t...

I had told my doctor that I was allergic to sulfates and made the mistake of assuming the new Rx was sulfate free, my pharmacy records also show that I have an allergy to sulfates. My mistake was not checking the ingrediants. You must take and active part in checking your Rx!Read More Read Less

Although known to be effective with most people those who are allergic to this drug can make any infection much worse with its use. Since allergic reaction is rare assumptions can be easily made that it is not the drug. My painful ear condition persisted for six months and has caused a sixty percent hearing loss. With a change of doctors and in turn medicine's my ear infection cleared up in about a week. As with any drug, use caution and pay attention to any negative reaction. Even simple and usually benign drugs can reac havic on a system if unwelcomed. Most doctors prescribe for the masses and it is up to the individual to learn and know ones own tollerance and inforn your doctor imediatly when any prescribed drug does not sit well with your own personal system. A wonder drug - maybe but not always for everyone. Read the side effects and take them serious.Read More Read Less
