This is more of gel as the name suggests and has been much more effective for me for the past 10+ years than any of the other drops I've tried. The difference is the duration of efficacy - other drops feel more water based and my eyes get dry again within a couple of hours. These drops tend to last 5+ hours and really soothe my dry eyes.

Excellent medicine for dry eye , i tried Refresh Tears also but not much worthy as compared with Refresh Liquigel

The gel was very soothing and immediately addressed the shooting pains I had in my eye due to a cornea abrasion.
