I take this for as a multivitamine, but also it has a lot of C for immune system. I have not been sick in the 6 months I have been taking it, and it does not upset my stomach like most multivitamins. I have also noticed that the vitamine has counter acted the E.D that my blood pressure pills sometimes cause.
