Cut off my fingernail and into the flesh with a kitchen knife. Rinced with water the first three days, but the infection stayed put. The infection was characterized by increased temperature in the finger and yellow puss. Went to the pharmacy and got Bacimycin, 3 days later and my finger is healing nicely, no more infection. Easy to apply, no hassle.
