I actually use a product called Garlinase 5000. It is an enteric tablet that is supposed to deliver 5000 mcg of Allicin intact to the small intestine. No bad breath. Plus if allowed to dissolve in the stomach, the Allicin would be destroyed by the stomach acids. So far, I have found this product effective in treating pre-hypertension to hypertension BP levels, helping to bring my BP level down to normal. No side effects whatsoever, so far.
