I can be sensitive to coffee and caffeine and don't like anything that raises my heart beat, and ginseng does none of these. I always notice a rise in my libido so it must be pushing my testosterone a little higher. I take it daily for 2 months on 1 month off. Its amazing.

Natural Factors 10% or Jamieson 20% standardized extract Panax ginseng capsules or caplets are my favourite 'male' tonic. When I use 2 capsules a day, one at breakfast and a second no later than mid-afternoon, to minimize risk of insomnia, I get very horny by bedtime. I also often wake up with an erection. As well, I have noticed that my jogging time is improved by as much as a minute or more on days that I use the herb. It also keeps me alert without jitters when I have had poor sleep.
