I've had some of the worst congestion ever with part of a virus and now strep throat. Having to sleep with my mouth open has been miserable.. I have horrible sinus problems in general with a deivated septum. This works great! An hour and half in I could breath out of one side and three hours later I am so much more clear! After only one dose!
